The SZR series hot mineral vibrating screen is specially designed for sintering plants to complete the grading of hot sintered ore and uniform feeding to cooling equipment. It is one of our company's key products. The SZR type hot ore vibrating screen has three specifications and is suitable for sintering processes in the metallurgical industry. It is used to group and distribute crushed hot sintered ore with a particle size of no more than 150mm and a temperature of no more than 700 ℃ between the alkane forming machine and the cooling machine. It can also be used for inspection and screening of hot sintered ore under the iron smelting blast furnace tank.

Working principle and structural characteristics of hot mineral vibrating screen

The SZR series hot mineral vibrating screen is seat mounted and uses a dual axis vibrator for vibration. The two shafts of the biaxial vibrator are driven by two electric motors to rotate in reverse self synchronization, causing the sieve box to produce linear vibration. The motor is installed on the fixed bracket on the side of the sieve box, so the motor does not vibrate. The connection between the electric motor and the biaxial vibrator, as well as between the two biaxial vibrators, is made using universal couplings. The universal couplings have both angle and length compensation functions, which can meet the relative displacement requirements between the electric motor and vibrator during the operation of the screening machine.

According to the different installation positions of the electric motor and vibrator, the hot mineral vibrating screen can be designed as an upper vibration type or a lower vibration type. The SZR series thermal mineral vibrating screen is equipped with a secondary vibration isolation system, which has a small dynamic load on the foundation and is used in situations where vibration isolation and reduction are required and installation height is allowed. The side plates and crossbeams of the hot mineral screening box are made of high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel (or high-quality heat-resistant steel). The connection between the main load-bearing plate and the side plates, as well as the connection between the side plates and crossbeams, are fastened and reliable using ring groove rivets. When the hot mineral vibrating screen is in operation, the screen plate is in direct contact with high-temperature materials, requiring good wear resistance and heat resistance, so heat-resistant alloy cast steel is used. During operation, the sieve plate will expand due to heat. The sieve plate fixing device adopts oblique insertion fastening and is equipped with a thermal compensation mechanism to ensure that the sieve plate is firmly fixed under working temperature conditions, and the sieve plate is also easy to disassemble and assemble.
